Right beside the beach, Cedar Seas is your private Hamptons-inspired holiday home and one of Byron Bay’s most exclusive luxury accommodations – the perfect getaway. The owners approached Hopscotch to develop a light and boutique style one page website that would reflect Byron Bay and the Cedar Seas experience; Sand, the sea, and relaxation.
The Solution
The website came together with soft blue, textures of sand and plenty of white space to connect with the breezy Hampton style. Emphasis was placed on photography to give the viewer a complete experience of the luxury stay. Typography pairing was chosen and set carefully to accentuate the airy feeling of Byron Bay and the stay while still exuding a sense of boutique luxury.

Website Design & Development
A clean design brings together a reflection of the beautiful Byron Bay landscape and the Hamptons style property allowing them to take centre stage. Stay information, points of interest and things to do while in Byron are included to help capture the mind of prospects. Soft curves, boutique typefaces and thin lines help to accentuate a chic boutique, minimal feeling. Coming to a close, viewers land on a subtle contact form to make their reservation enquiry.
Mobile Optimised
Creating a smooth and seamless mobile experience was a priority to capture users as most destination based tourism products see considerably more views on mobile than desktop. This also clarified the user experience while making navigation easy.
