The Elwood Nest

The Elwood Nest is a locally owned and operated childcare & kindergarten designed to ensure every child feels cherished, inspired and happy.

They focus on learning through play, valuing it as one of the main ways in which children learn and develop. Play helps to nurture imagination and give a child a sense of adventure. The Elwood Nest required a re-brand of their brand identity and an overhaul of their website to increase leads and a better UX for parents.

Re-Brand: We maintained some past brand aesthetics such as the bird, and modernised the type and brand devices that complement the brand. The Elwood suburb is a coastal inner suburban area of Melbourne, with lush gardens and beautiful waves. We saw this as our inspiration to include palms and foliage devices, complemented by soft wave linework and soft coastal sand coloured background. Keeping the existing colour palette, with the addition of our ‘Coastal Sand’ colour.

Website: The Elwood Nest’s previous website was difficult for users to navigate and convert, that precious time can equate to converting a lead, or a missed opportunity. Our goal for the website was ease of use, with strong CTA’s (Call to Actions) for parents. We wanted parents to effortlessly peruse the website, and convert without any guesswork. Dedicated Ad landing pages were developed to increase our leads generated, and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) to be cheaper.
